I have been using the stress buster in my pillow and my neck is much better in the mornings. The last two weeks have been a real test because I have been using the mouse consistently which normally leaves me very stiff and with cracking noises when I move my head. "I have known Angela for a few years and of course that she works as a therapist.

I lead a hectic social life because of my husband's career. One Friday night we were due to travel to Wales for another weekend that would involve sightseeing trips and dinner dances. I found myself unable to move easily, I was suffering an attack of sciatica. I rang Angela who told me that she could use "distance healing" as a way to ease my pain and discomfort. I relaxed on the sofa while Angela sent me healing. I could feel a tingling sensation and stayed on the sofa for a while following her instructions. It was a very relaxing sensation but being a sceptic I was not sure what to expect. Well Angela gave me such help that I was able to travel to Wales and join in the activities laid on for us. My husband was as delighted as me. That was in October and "touch wood" the sciatica has not returned.

Having qualified as a Reflexologist in 1997, Angela has progressed and studied additional therapies which include Reiki, Hopi Candles, EFT & BioMagnetic techniques which she can offer to her clients if she or they feel this is appropriate.

Her Reflexology has helped me with a range of health problems, including MS. Following a treatment, I enjoy more energy, a lessening of symptoms and a better outlook. She pays great attention to my very varying health and alters her approach accordingly.

Her therapy room is spacious and restful, removed from the pace and stress of daily life. She treats her clients with understanding and confidentiality, is caring and mature in her assessment of needs, health and well being.
